And what a wild ride it’s been! I am so proud of our team and the accomplishments we have achieved. I can honestly say that every day we significantly impact people’s lives: dentists, team members, patients and each other. The reason I am writing to you today is to let our most cherished asset of all—our clients—know that YOU AIN'T SEEN NOTHING YET!
In this day of conflicting messages and promises of silver bullet solutions it is time for Pride Institute to exponentially grow in the dental community and to strive for a much broader recognition of our influence. To that end, I am thrilled and excited to announce a new addition to our team of “Simply the Best!”
I want to introduce you to my dear friend and new partner Dr. Lou Shuman. Lou is joining Pride Institute as the fourth owner and President of the company.
As President, Lou will partner with me to lead the team to new levels of awareness, delivery and results. Our goal is to continue the foundation that Jim Pride created, while developing new delivery models and methods that address the ever-evolving needs of our clients - from technology to marketing, to the latest new clinical skills and processes available to implement into your practice culture. But even more importantly, I wanted you to hear from me personally how much I am looking forward to standing with Lou at the helm of the company as we create an even brighter future for Pride Institute. I know Jim would be proud.
