In addition, we will review a sampling of your existing marketing, scheduling, expenses, fees, and team management materials.

Your Pride consultant will review the materials with you in a tele-consulting call and highlight the strengths, challenges and critical success factors for next steps. This is followed with a written Findings and Recommendations report that outlines immediate action steps and long-term improvements, as well as easy-to-follow training and implementation steps to share with your team. You will have a final call with your consultant to review the findings, set priorities and establish a plan and a timeline to implement the action steps for your practice.
