Horizontal Diagnostic Practice Assessment
The diagnostic assessment is a first step towards identifying the strengths and challenges of your practice and, more importantly, what to do about them. The assessment tool is a written diagnostic that asks a series of both quantitative and qualitative questions in the following areas:
