Hosed up about “selling?” It’s a common theme that we hear year round, “I don’t want to sell dentistry.” That’s a good thing, because no one wants to be “sold to” either. What any consumer/customer/patient does want is to be informed and, they want to believe you. I just attended a conference where several speakers were selling their products and services. How many years have I been teaching the stages of team development? (FORMING, STORMING, NORMING AND PERFORMING). The answer is, forever!
